Application Process - Household Community Application
One adult representative should complete the application on behalf of the household. Approval is granted after address verification to ensure you are within the Springfield service area.
Steps:
- Submit Household Registration Form
- Verify local residency (Upload utility bill or ID)
- Review and sign the 'Community Good Neighbor' Pledge
- Receive Welcome Kit and Digital Membership Card
Processing: 3-7 business days
