At Tesarac, we believe privacy is a prerequisite for sovereignty. This policy outlines how we protect the "common ground" while ensuring you retain ownership of your community data.

Information We Collect

To operate the "Two-Face" engine (public storefront + private hub), we collect specific data points:

  • Identity Data: Name, email, and family structure required for account creation.
  • Community Data: Profiles, event descriptions, and public pages you choose to publish.
  • Financial Ledgers: Transaction records for "Slip & Verify" payments (we track the record, not the bank credentials).
  • Usage Analytics & Cookies: Anonymized data and essential cookies to keep you logged in and help us improve platform performance.

How We Use Information

Your data serves the infrastructure. We use it to:

  • Facilitate your community's operations (rosters, events, payments).
  • Authenticate members and secure private hubs from unauthorized access.
  • Send critical service notifications (not marketing spam).
  • Process your monthly platform subscription (via secure payment processors).

Note: We do not mine your member data for advertising purposes. Your community roster belongs to you, not to advertisers.

Information Sharing

  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell personal information to third parties.
  • Community Isolation: Your private data is only shared with the specific communities you actively join.
  • Legal Compliance: We comply with valid legal requests if required by law.

Trusted Service Providers

We work with essential infrastructure partners (e.g., Stripe for billing, AWS/Vercel for hosting). They have access to data solely to perform these tasks and are contractually obligated to protect it.

Child Privacy & Safety

  • Strict Protection: We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent via the Family Account structure.
  • Parental Control: Parents have full control over their child's profile and visibility within a community.
  • Data Minimization: We encourage communities to collect only the minimum necessary data for safe event operations.

If you believe a community has inadvertently collected information about your child without your consent, please contact support@tesarac.com immediately.

Data Security

  • We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and at rest.
  • Access to private community hubs is strictly gated by authentication.
  • We regularly review our security infrastructure to protect against unauthorized access.

Your Rights

  • Portability: You may export your community data (CSV/JSON) at any time. It's your data.
  • Correction: You may update or correct your personal information instantly via your profile settings.
  • Deletion: You may request full deletion of your account. (Note: Financial records may be retained for tax compliance).
