The safety of the youngest weavers is our highest priority. This policy outlines how we protect minors from harm, exploitation, and inappropriate contact on Tesarac.

Zero Tolerance
- Immediate Termination: Any content or behavior exploiting minors results in instant account termination and a permanent ban.
- Legal Action: We report all confirmed instances of child exploitation or grooming to the NCMEC and relevant local authorities.
- Communication Barriers: Direct messaging between adults and unrelated minors is technically restricted or strictly monitored by parental accounts.
Our Promise: We protect the "common ground" aggressively. There is no second chance for those who threaten the safety of children.
Visibility & Privacy
We provide the tools to weave a protective layer around your community's youngest members.
- Public Masks: We recommend using group photos that do not focus on specific children's faces. Individual shots on public microsites should be avoided or anonymized (blurred faces, back-of-head shots).
- Name Protection: Full names of minors are never displayed on public pages. We use First Name + Last Initial only within private hubs.
- Location Obscurity: Exact locations for events involving children are hidden from the public web and visible only to verified members.
Gatekeeping the Loom
- Admin Responsibility: Community admins are the gatekeepers. You must manually approve every family that joins your private hub.
- Identity Verification: We encourage communities to interview new families via video call or in-person before granting digital access.
The "Air-Gap"
Tesarac is designed with an "air-gap" between the public internet and your private data. A stranger cannot see your roster or event details without your explicit approval.
Reporting Mechanisms
- Priority Queue: Reports categorized as "Child Safety" bypass standard moderation queues for immediate review.
- Confidentiality: The identity of the reporter is never shared with the accused.
