High-fidelity nearfield monitors and a matching tiny desktop amplifier.
Materials Used
PETG filament, MDF enclosures, 3-inch full-range drivers, TPA3116D2 amp board.
What Was Hard
Designing the internal bracing and calculating the exact port length for optimal bass response in a tiny enclosure volume.
What We Learned
Speaker enclosure volume calculations (Thiele/Small parameters) and managing ground loops in DIY amps.
