What We Made
An automated nutrient monitoring system with a local web dashboard via Home Assistant.
Materials Used
ESP32 microcontroller, pH sensor, EC sensor, peristaltic pumps, custom PCB, waterproof enclosure.
What Was Hard
Calibrating the analog pH sensors and isolating them from the electrical noise generated by the water pumps.
What We Learned
PCB design for analog signal isolation and writing custom ESPHome components.
